Mandigo is a reference to a west african tribe. They were very muscular and powerful people. James dad gave him the knickname when he was 6 because those tribe of people were the hardest to capture and enslave. They would rather die than be capture and in similar fashion he dad would say james would rather die than loose or atleast thats the mentality james has always fought with. Also of note anne wolfs is a decendant of the mandigo tribe.

The **** about mandigo being a reference to male genitalia had to do with alot of the white women during slavery going off and ****ing alot of mandigo ******. No **** but those b!tches would boast about how big there genitalia were with pissed alot of whites off and resulted in castestration being big during slave days. Actually after linchings alot of white males would pay top dollar to take the manly features as a souvineer which is why this tribe's name mandigo often is reference to male genitalia.

A lil history 101 for you cats but kirklands name has to do with how his fierce style and physical strength resembles that of the mandigo warriors is west africa.
