Why is Ortiz hyped so much............

    Let’s compare him to Bradley

Bradley, 23 fights, A world title. Could win WBO title fight now. 2nd best Jr WW in the world in 23 fights
Resume: Writter Cherry and soon Holt

Ortiz 26 fights no world titles
    Resume: bums

Yet people claim Ortiz is the next big thing in boxing. Let him first beat a top ranked Jr WW then the hype should begin

Bradley is 25.. Ortiz is 22. My guess is they don't want to rush him in so early.
You know what happens when you do that? Look at Vargas..

Timothy Bradley probably doesnt get the hype he deserves. He did kind of come out of nowhere when he beat Witter, and while everyone acknowledged Witter was world class nobody seemed to care. He should get a little more buzz when he puts it down on Holt. Also I think the fact that Ortiz is a bigger puncher has to do with him being so popular.

Arnaoutis is better than Edner Cherry, and he was demolished. Lets see if Bradley even beats Holt. My money would be on Ortiz against any of them. Try watching a fighter with your eyes instead of reading boxrec.

I understand that, but the downside of fighting a lot of meaningless fights at a young age means that you past your prime earlier. Like a lot of Mexican fighters

To be fair to Bradley, that kid has some serious skills. He has footwork, angles, defense and deceptive power.

Right.......... You actually think Writter fight was a SD. Dumbass, I watched Bradley fights. Very Solid boxers, maybe he should fight bums and get this mad hype

most Mexican fighters don't have amateur careers.. anyway, I don't think they are moving him along too slowly. Mike was supposed to be a legit threat and test. Ortiz couldn't help it if he made it look easy.
