you really need to go to a gym and learn the basics. Proper stance, proper form in punching, learn the 4 different basic punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut) with all the footwork and body movement involved in it. Leave the bag for later. Sorry but your friends are right, youre doing it all wrong
