    Joel Julio a front runner?

does he break down alittle bit when things arent going his way? Its obvious he had no plan B when the fight wasnt going how he thought it would.

Same thing happened against Quintana, from the second or third (depending on your judging) to the tenth round he shut down, and didnt really take another round until Quintana started to coast. Same thing happened with Dzinzurik, he started getting beat, and let it snowball, and didn't comeback until the last few rounds when it didnt matter.

Julio is one of my favorites and will continue to be, but he has fallen to the ranks of a fringe contender instead of a real one (at this moment).

He likes to be the aggressor. he has excellent power, but when ppl move forward on him, he doesnt know what to do. Kirkland was there to hit, but he couldnt pull the trigger. He kinda reminds me of Kermit Cintron, cept without the whining.

Yeah they mentioned that he wouldnt set his feet (cant say that I blame him) and that explains tonight, but it doesnt explain Quintana who though he was coming forward doesnt hit hard or Dzinzurik who isnt ultra agressive.

I think he doesnt like being behind.

      Interesting comparison to Cintron BTW

I always thought he did that because he was afraid of gassing. Fighting a guy like Kirkland though just made it look absolutely horrible tonight.

Kirkland looked like he wasnt going to be denied tonight.
