It's got nothing to do with his chest size, that just as much bone structure as muscle. My chest is 37" and i'm lean and fairly well muscled but if i was going up 10lbs like Marquez (will be at a catchweight I assume) I would be slower, fatter around the waist etc.

If you asked Floyd to go down to 135, he could proberbly do it eventually, but he'd be burning off muscle to do it, which would make him weak , slow and lethargic. Whereas Marquez can make it comfortably. It's not all about numbers.

Hell, Micheal Spinks chest size was 40 unexpanded by your logic that mens because Mayweather and Marquez have similar measurements they could carry the weight well up to HW!

If we go by your measurements Dwaight Muhammad Qawi is the same size as Mayweather because Qawi is smaller and has a similar reach but Quwi even though he's smaller than Mayweather was a Cruiserweight. Could Mayweather carry the weight that Qawi did?
