Co-Exist?
Not the greatest fights but its a first. Coming to us possibly on March 21st is a BOXING/MMA fight card. Does anyone think this is the way of the future for boxing and MMA?
I like it as I enjoy the multi-skilled fighters in MMA and of course the great sport of boxing.
I know on the 21st the cards are really weak but if this had UFC's 96 card: the light heavyweight bout between Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Keith “The Dean of Mean” Jardine fight and a good title match with a solid under card in the boxing department would anyone watch it who are boxing fans?
I know the BIG fights wouldn't have the money involved for MMA too. The fighters/promoters want too much but maybe down the road these to great (boxing being #1) sports could co-exist on the same card? As a fan of both sports I hope this catches on!
I'm not asking anyone to get too in depth with networks and money and how all that is run, I'm simply just asking the question will people watch it?
Maybe over time fighters (more so in boxing) wont be so greedy and will fight for the sport and the fans! I know MMA and Boxing would be an awesome show for me personally!
Anyway just a thought.

Don't quote me but I "THINK" Golden Boy Promotions has already got there hands dirty in MMA.......
