Why isnt anyone talking about Julio vs Kirkland?

I think Julio pulls this one off too. I think because he's lost a couple fights people think he's a bust. He's lost to Quintana (beat PWill) and that Drzidsianganggna guy who is an undefeated champion. Kirkland has never fought anyone of that caliber and I think Julio is ready.
