Jamie Moore European Light middleweight Champ

Any thoughts on Jamie moore's display last night in becoming the European light-middleweight champion with his win over the experienced Michele Piccirillo.

I thought it was a fantastic display, controlled aggression, good power and well timed body shots.

I havent seen much posted about last nights clash.Maybe its an unimportant fight and doesnt deserve the attention of Charlie Z.

He looked superb. Easily the most exciting 154lb fighter in the world.

I've only seen Moore in one bad fight (and that wasn't his fault, I'm sure you know the one I mean... negative opponent)

However, I missed last night's. Pleased to hear he won.

Hes matured as a fighter, but i think he has found his level. I dont see him as a potential world champ. I'd like to see him get a shot tho, after he makes a few defences of his title.

Every time he hit him to the body with his left he hurt him bad, great display.
1st time I've seen him fight, I'll def watch again.
Sutherland looked pretty good too for only his 2nd fight.
On another note, anyone else think Hatton still looked a bit chubby?

I was impress with Sutherland aswell but its early days yet, time will tell.

Dont worry about Hattons condition. He bloats up alot inbetween fights but always enters the ring shreaded. Him lookin chubby at this point in the preperations is nothing new.

Moore was very impressive last night and if he continues training for fights like he did last night i think he could cause an upset on the big stage.

It was only for the European title mate, of course some redneck trailer park dweller is going to get more coverage. It's not like we are here to talk about boxing aye

I watched it, I thought Moore fought well but, Piccirillo didn't offer anything in return. I wanted to see Moore get tested so we'd be able to gauge his progress a bit better.
