                  Puerto Rico usually has more skilled fighters than Colombia but when it comes down to power punchers it seems to me like Colombia is the leader. There are not a lot of them out there but everytime you see a boxer from colombia you can almost guarantee they have a 90+% KO rate. But even with their power they never really do that great because their fundamentals are not there.
