I've seen him fight. I've seen many of his fights. I just base my vote on the fact that Manny has knocked out much better fighters than Hamed ever faced at 126 and at higher weight divisions. 130, 135 and 147. Pretty simple really who has more power IMO.

Pacquiao has better power. hamed is a bum. Everybody thought he was the real deal knocking out all those old or average fighters. Then he fights a real boxer/puncher Barrera and gets smacked around ALL 12 rounds.
Barrera took all his punches easliy. Morales punches harder then Hamed.

indeed but that had more to do with the fighting style. hamed just couldn't land on mab because he set himself up to be counter punched. pacquiao has more of a relentless style that doesn't allow for proper counter punching.
