Does ANYBODY have a video of George Foreman pounding the heavybag?

I cant find it anywhere!
George Foreman was arguably one of the strongest and most powerful ****ers in the history of boxing. What I just have to see is how loud and hard he hits the heavybag! The ****s must sound like loud shot guns going off everytime he pounds it I bet!
Does anybody have a video of Foreman training that they can link? I cannot find videos of him training anywhere I search!!!
As a bonus...can anybody link videos of the old school boxers pounding the heavy bag? Sonny Liston? Rocky Marciano? Ernie Shavers? Joe Louis? ANy of these fellas???
Any of the really hard hitters in full training exposure????!!!

Do you know how heavy the bag Foreman hit regularily was?

He used to train with Sonny Liston in his early days and i remember a quote Liston made it was something like "This George will give nightmares nightmares his punching power is beyond destructive and im not talking about one punch knockout power im talking one punch killing power" that sums George up. If i remember right he used to pound different heavy bags at different times of his training camp i think the heaviest he used to hit was one of those blue stone like bags about 250lbs incredible but it wouldn't matter if he hit a 10lb bag punching power is god given its not manufactured.
