when those 2 had their draw , who was where in the p4p rankings?
that draw with pacquiao is what made marquez.
marquez's greatness is riding the coattails of pacquiao's greatness.
barrera and morales wins made pacquiao.

at the end of 2004 , pacquiao just beat barrera , just had a draw with marquez and was about to fight morales.
ring magazine had both barrera and morales in the top 10 p4p and added marquez after his draw with pacquiao.
in 16 months , manny pacquiao fought 3 guys who all were ranked top 10 p4p.
that is the very definition of greatness.
