Don't think so. If California does not reinstate his license next year then Texas will not either. Their own rules state that not complying with an order issued by the commission is grounds for revocation. They won't license him, neither will any other state should he fight in Mexico.

Ok, Margarito just lost a fan with me. I once respected his fighting style of constant pressure and never say die way of winning his fights, but this is complete idiocy upon his behalf. Let's assume for a second he had nothing to do with the wraps, and it is was all his trainer's fault. Would it be unfair to be banned for a year? Yes, but that's tough ****. This is life. Sometimes you get stuck with bull**** and you have to suffer needlessly. Do I believe this is the case? No, I don't. i like your post, complete thought, do you seriously take a US ban seriously, you should,(remember- Mosley has been severely punished and serving his time for steroid use, Trinidad hasnt fought in the US after being caught with handwraps(with Hops),
