Cotto still continues to fight the best even after a harsh defeat. What can you say about this warrior? But if Clottey is forced to vacate the IBF that's some BS. IBF must not want unification or something.

Clottey was supposed to fight number 3 ranked Hlastshwayo as a mandatory defense, the fight on ESPN tomorrow between Shamone Alvarez and Delvin Rodriguez should be for the number 1 spot. If Clottey is forced to vacate then the winner of that fight should fight Hlatshwayo for the title.....I think.
I mean WTF Cotto will win fighting Clottey then? No money, No beltComment

It gives him a win over another top welterweight, he would also prove some people wrong about him not being able to deal with the bigger welterweights, he'll still have his belt, and it'll make the calls for a rematch with Mosley even louder, which would mean big bucks.Comment

Even if you dislike Cotto because of some of his fans you have to love the guy wanting to fight anyone and the very best. Haters say he only fights for vacated titles but name a top fighter Cotto has not fought when campaigning at 140/147?
The only guy he hasn't fought is FM Jr. and that's because when he was "ready" boxing wise FM decided to retire.Comment

The IBF wouldnt strip Clottey because his mandatory Isaac Hlwhateverisnameis doesnt want the fight, His Team are not keen on him taking on Clottey they prefer him fighting little fighter/fighting in south africa.
Thats why clottey was so frustrated...Comment
