            Pacquiao I think. Floyd is one of my favourite fighters from this decade but you just cannot deny what Manny has done. He deserves to be known as the best fighter of this decade, no doubt. Especially if he beats Hatton.

              hopkins didn't do nething in 2003, while roy jones won a heavyweight title and beat tarver that year
