totally understandable for cotto to be upset with bob arum and top rank for not only defending margarito, but also actively seeking fights in places that won't enforce the ban.

i think all fighters should be upset. the csac was trying to send the message to fighters that ignorance and negligence are not defenses for breaking the rules. they were trying to discourage things like this from happening in the future. what message does it send now? "if you f.uck up it's alright because you can just go fight in another country." hell, i'm upset and i have no stake in this issue at all.
