after the whole plaster thing came to light,you would have to say cotto.

but before all this **** hit the fan,tony was touted as "the best chin in boxing". no doubt he has a great chin for standing up to cotto's shots. but so does mallignaggi and anyother fighter that went 12 with cotto.

plus mosley knocked him out so there you go...

Tony's chin still tops, you could tell he was weight drained in that Mosley fight and besides Mosley is a harder puncher than Jotto as it was shown on the 24th.
