Brian Vera...who was he really? I know he knocked out Andy Kolle(?) on FNF, but that was a sloppy fight against a sloppy fighter.

Just a slight correction: it was the undefeated prospect Andy Lee he TKO'd.

Julio, on the other hand, IS more battle-tested, and has that BIG PUNCH factor. If Kirkland comes in a little bit sloppy, it's over.

I agree with this. I think they (kirkland and Anne Wolf) really understand the importance of this fight and stepped up their training even further than it already has been. Again going with the intangibles here, I just think the motivation and the desire inside of kirkland to make it is going to get him the victory. Of course, a couple clean bombs to the face can quickly knock intangibles out the window, haha so who knows.
