Every other list I see inclding boxingscene, yahoo, and espn, all of whom dont have a conflict of interest, hold Cotto on the list and Hatton off. I'm not going to argue though, everyone has their own opinion.

7. Donaire- By just beating Dachinyan by Domination-KO. He deserves to be here.
8. Dachinyan- Now he deserves to be here but not above his daddy.
9. Izzy- He's good but can't rate him Higher coz he got beat up all the time, even if he's winning.
10. Hatton- For coming back & regaining back his respect.

Cotto exited the list when he lost to Margarito and a win over Jennings isn't good enough to put him back on. Hatton dominated the #1 rated guy at his weight and deserves to be on the list.
