Good to see that Pacquiao is open to this fight, but we all know it is Bob Arum who calls the shots. It is sad really, when Erik Morales decisively beat Manny he didn't have to rematch Pacquiao, but Arum threw him in with him even though it was blatently obvious he was past it after the Raheem fight. If Marquez was now a Top Rank fighter I am sure that they would fight once every year.
