Mosley didn't have the kind of boxer style that would befuddle Trinidad like Oscar or Hopkins( that jab/move/spin tie up kind of a style). Shane was a speed brawler who mixed in power boxing and that's exactly what Trinidad would want. Trinidad was the bigger fighter, the bigger puncher, he had speed of his own and could box as well( he actually boxed more earlier in his career and did well, see Trinidad/Campas). I see Trinidad wearing Mosley down( who would give him those opportunities) but not stopping, but to the point where hes on the defensive for the latter half of the fight.

possible if he boxed but remember shane has a tendency to brawl.

        tito by ko.

as far as the dumbfucks who said shane by ko. tito has only been koed once. it was by a huge atg middleweight who started his career at light heavyweight.

it was also more a "i'm tired and i have nothing left" ko too.

if you're gonna post on a boxing forum , watch some boxing , faggots.

Just like how Ali couldn't KO Foreman.

Please stop flattering Tito, the Hopkins KO was not because Tito was tired, HE WAS OUTCLASSED.
Margarito chin was seen unbreakable and Mosley KO’d him. Funny you predict Tito to win by KO when Winky and Forrest couldn’t KO Mosley. I know they not hard hitters as Tito but he wasn’t KO

Why is Hopkins a LHW when he fought most of his career at MW???

Also if Prime Mosley had ****m in his corner, Mosley wins by KO IMO because Tito can’t cheat like he was going to do against Hopkins

Exactly but not only was he tired but he was worn down by a natural middleweight who had hit him flush for 12 rounds. Shane in those days put everything on one punch and always tried to get the knockout. I think the Margarito fight is the only fight where i seen him actually out box someone with jab and movement, but of course Margarito was no where near Trinidad. Tito has defense and a consistent jab.

Actually early on in WW Mosley was a boxer puncher. See DLH-Mosley 1. He used a stiff jab to start his combos(DLH complained about his back because of the jab in the fight). He was also a nasty counter puncher, he would counter with full combos. His power was solid, but nothing amazing. With proper hand wraps, Mosley goes the distance. With illegal wraps Mosley may stand but he'd be ruined for the rest of his career just like so many other potentially great fighters Vargas and Reid to name 2 specifically.

He did brawl but against a bigger puncher I find it hard to believe he mixes it up like he normally does. DLH had strong 1 punch changing a fight power and that never hurt him, that is a lot to say. Hell Vargas even past prime had pop and he tooks his power very well.

Mosley has finished a fight concussed so it is difficult to say anyone would KO him. I think Mosley would win via UD. Trinidad was always one dimensional if someone could take his power he was easy to UD. He did box better in his youth but he doesn't have the footwork or speed to keep up with him.

                Just my 2 pennies.

"i'm tired and i have nothing left" ko = foreman in the ali fight

                  thanks for validating my point.

tito might have been outboxed but what does that have to do with his chin? you'd think if he was so outclassed he'd have gotten koed sooner no? how'd he last as long as he did? because he has a great chin!

"an atg huge middleweight who started his career at light heavyweight"

name a single incorrect thing in that sentence. there is none.

                    yeah he was worn down.

i remember watching the fight and in the beginning i was like , "it's okay. it's okay. tito is a slow starter."

then nothing changed...... i was kinda hoping he'd make it to the end of the fight but either way it wouldn't have mattered.

Wasn't Hopkins 190 pounds on the night of that fight? He was a cruiserweight.
