Did prime Tye Fields have the feet to be fleetfooted

I know it wouldnt of suited Field's style but did prime Tye Fields have the feet to be fleet footed, to be able to get up on his toes and move around the ring like ali ? .

He certainly didn't fight the way you'd expect a guy of his size to fight.

He had enough speed to complete the shuffle quicker than any fighter in history and elude punches from any angle while having his hands at his sides.
Fields is a damn legend.
So yes, Tye Fields did have the feet to be fleet footed.
