Actually DLH had that shoulder roll earlier in his career when he was trying to improve upon his career. I think it is funny when people add things they don't know about. He also use to use his shoulder to sit in front of his chin to stop the straight rights to bad the left hooks still floored him(Quartey is a good example).

I use to be a fan back in the day, he was talking about studying old fighters to learn defense, then he got Mayweather Sr. as a trainer. Mayweather uses more defensive tactics then any fighter I've seen(but I am young). Slips, shoulder roll, dips, etc. Whittaker was far more elusive but had just as good of defense with arguably faster hands.

I wonder if Mayweather Sr. will have Ricky doing the shoulder roll trying to mimic his son Mayweather Jr., but he'll probably come out looking like hes trying to mimic Oscar and his stiffness instead. Now that will be funny. A stiff ass Ricky Hatton shoulder roll.
