I think he wont take a huge risk because he really wants pacquiao or mayweather (lol keep dreaming) so he'll pick a relatively "safe" fight, I dunno maybe someone like zab judah or even nate campbell. Assuming of course he's going to 140. I don't know who else is a safe fight at 140 with a relatively big name.

Out of the names listed Campbell seems the most likely to me.
