when was the last time hatton knocked someone out? hatton is bigger and maybe stronger but i think paquiao's hits harder

I also think it's possible Pacquiao hits harder, only some people completely underestimate him. Still, it's not how hard you punch that wins fights, once again, it's skill. I'm pretty sure Jeff lacy hits harder than Calzaghe these days, but it didn't do him any good at all. Strength means nothing either. If it did (example) Ali would have lost to Foreman.

Skills and speed is more important than any small difference in power. Both Pacquiao and Hatton hit hard, but what should set them apart is everything BUT punch power.

I'll tell you what though, if Pacquiao beats Hatton I'm gonna have fun bumping this thread.

I don't hate him. I only hate how he says the same thing in every interview -- that he's challenging for the "pound for pound world title" as though it's a ****ing belt. He appears to be trying to brainwash casual fans who have no clue how P4P rankings work into thinking he will become P4P the best fighter in the world if he beats Pacquiao. I cannot express how irritating this is.
