Speaking of the Ward fight, how's Mirandas camp doing? Is he on schedule with his weight? He looked a bit heavy last time out.

I had hopes that Kessler would start stepping it up after his fighting with Joe Calzaghe in 2007, but since then Kessler has continued fighting soft opponents and failed to step it up against a quality fighter like IBF light heavyweight champion Chad Dawson.
poor kessler limited by this small time silly palle.
the guy has to shed that idiot team palle!
would like to see froch step up and let kess challenge him.

Yes, he is on schedule without killing himself. After his 176lbs fight in London in Feb, he was right back in the gym staying in shape. 168lbs will never be easy for him to make. But getting there from 190lbs versus 226lbs should make a big difference come fight night.

Im hoping for a good entertaining fight with a Miranda KO win. It should propel him into a position for a title fight with Froch or possibly Kessler, if Palle would let it happen.

I'd love to see him fight Taylor, Kessler's tight but I'd like to see him in the states or in England fighting guys like Taylor and Froch.

Nothing concrete but Kessler posted this yesterday on his website:

"Hopefully I will fight the mandatory title defence against Perdomo in June, as I’m in really good shape after a longer training-camp in Spain.

Unfortunately it is out of my hands as I’m struggling with my former Promotor and Manager, however we should be able to find a solution in the nearest future.

              Froch
I would love to fight Froch after the mandatory title defence.

I know it would be a great fight as I believe that we both would bring something special to the ring. He’s a strong as an ox, but doesn’t seem to have any guards or head movement...."

I tend to believe that this is Palle's fault. Remember what Kessler did to Andrade, and no one fights Andrade without some sizeable cojones.

I also pay no attention to Kessler anymore becfause he is letting his promoters destroy his chance to make something of himself. I don't know what his deal is, but if it is that he owes Palle a couple of fights, he needs to get them over with ASAP and get back to SMW, it's hot right now and he can make a name for himself and some coin.

I think he puts it on Froch, who hasn't really fought a boxer, and keeping his hands down against Kessler can hurt him in a big way. Kessler won't deteriorate as the rounds go on.
