    Mayweather should fight paul williams

thatd be a real challenge if he can beat williams then theres no doubt mayweathers the greatest welterweight of all time, wtf would beating marquez and pacquio prove, if he beats pacquio thier all gonna say Well No shhit, we knew floyd was gonna win, if he beats williams or even winky for that matter, stepping up gaining some weight, whats he gonna get out of beating Up on some small mexicann *******s.

Williams is as a big as Chad Dawson.... why would an ex-Superfeather need to fight a guy who could make 175 easily in order to have a "challenge"?

Also he's no where near a great Welter much less greatest ever.

I don't think Floyd would want to take that route. He would lose to Williams, and that's why the fight will never happen.

Yep I'm sure beating Paul Williams automatically catapults you above SRR, SRL, Armstrong, Hearns etc in the ATG list at 147.

meh ... i'd rather see him fight a guy active at ww. shane cotto clottey or berto. what i would really like to see is him fight mosely and cotto fight clottey then the winners fight eachother.

mayweather has the skills to outbox williams, but yea williams can just keep him at bay and bust him up, fight could go either way, but who knows maybe mayweather would make williams look like philip ndou

i think it really doesnt matter ... until i see williams back at ww i dont consider him one. i still find it very strange that he vacated a belt left the money division to fight bums ... he could've done that at ww.

Risk vs Reward would equal little reward for Floyd. If Floyd comes out of RETIREMENT it would be for Pac fight or another big money fight and williams isn't big money material.

None of the other Welters wanted a part of him.
