Does Diaz deserve some respect?

anybody who helped put on a show like those 2 did yesterday, definitely deserves respect, win or lose.

i became a fan of diaz yesterday, and not just because of the fight, but the way dude carries himself.......the fact he boxes professionally, and goes to school full time too is big. it speaks to the kind of character and discipline he has.

Diaz deserves all the respect in the world. He fought a great fight against a great fighter. He fights hard and is a class act. I'm a fan of Diaz.

the dude is only 50% warrior (mexican) so he only gets 50% props.

i remember all the people in my row were saying Marquez was gonna drop Diaz within 3 rounds and once the fight started they were speechless, they eventually started cheering Diaz on. He put up a hell of a fight, Diaz/Marquez should be a tough FOTY candidate to beat.

marquez deserves all the attention he gets to, IMO. i was pulling for diaz, and i thought he was gonna finish marquez in round 2, but i was amazed marquez was able to battle back, and controll the fight from round 6 on........

a 35 y.o. battling with a bigger, stronger 25 y.o. the way he did, and coming out on top, he deserves major, major props.
