Should Diaz loose some body fat and replace it w/ muscle

I think Diaz needs to loose his body fat and then replace it w/ muscle. He will gain more stamina, muscle, confidence, wont hurt as much when he gets hit.

He always fights the same way and always does just fine, unless his opponent is better than him. Obviously he could stand to look more solid, but it ain't like he's in terrible condition in his fights.

That's his natural build I doubt he could really alter much...and I doubt it will help much either. Seems like bitches up when he gets hurt though and cut. If he could learn how to clinch he might be able to survive some tough times.

I would agree with you but he has excellent stamina and a very high work rate. It doesn't really matter if you're flabby if you can perform like Juan can.

Juan Diaz did a hell of a job, but Marquez's experience won, that was the difference. Marquez could think better in the ring. Also if they had the same power, Juan Diaz would have won that fight hands down.

I have a feeling, he could make 126 and kick ass there, even weighing in at 134 he seemed a lil fat

Probably, well it would make his conditioning better anyway!

i dont think that its fat, i think i read somewhere that he was fairly fat as a young fulla and by the look of it hes skin just stretched, when he lost the weight it never tightened back up completely
