Rematches are TOO common in boxing

Why is it that after EVERY fight, a rematch is mentioned.

Was the way Diaz was taken out last night not proof enough?

Marquez is 35, he hasn't got many fights left (although it didn't look like that).

Why should we waste another 6 months waiting for him to fight Diaz and prove nothing more, he's already done it.

Also Dawson-Tarver II is ridiculous (Although I know most of you think this). The only way Tarver should get a rematch is say if he has another 1-2 wins so that people are actually considering him for #1 Light-Heavyweight.

If fights were close, then a rematch should be warrented.

If the fight wasn't close, then the LOSER should have to EARN his right for a rematch (ala Hatton beating Malignaggi and Pacman for Mayweather-Hatton II).

There was no point in scoring it, Diaz got brutally KO'd.

And don't give me that lucky punch ****.
