If Marquez fought Hatton, he wouldn't be getting off the ropes as easy as he was last night. If Diaz was hurting him with his speed, pressure and volume, image what Hatton would do to him with power, speed, and pressure.

I still think that Hatton vs Marquez would be a close fight.

If Hatton beats Pac, JMM will more than likely be moved to P4P#1. If this happens JMM will be at the top of Hattons list. Hatton might have the chance to face and beat 2 P4P#1 back to back, that would be an amazing achievement.

If Hatton gets by Paq, Hatton vs Marquez is inevitable.

Only reason why I think he can by Hatton is because Marquez has enough head movement. No one in the sport really puts punches on you like Diaz, just one after another like he does. Well Paq maybe, but Hatton doesn't. But I can see Marquez handling Hatton's punches.

Regardless though, if Hatton gets by Paq, that would be a great fight to watch. Marquez vs Hatton.

Although he is at the top of his game credabilit wise Marques looks like he slipping to me, his head movement isnt as good as it was and he is fighting bigger stronger guys now at 35 years old after alot of wars. He gets dragged into a FIGHT more easily these days and im just waiting on him "Going"

That's a good point, but Diaz puts on a different kind of pressure then Hatton. A far more accurate pressure.

Since Marquez found a way to deal with Diaz, I'm intrigued to say the least to see how he would deal with Hatton's.

Obviously Marquez would need time to fill out for 140 the same way he needed time to fill out for 135, but a strong and filled out Marquez vs Hatton would be a great fight if he gets by Paq.
