charlie, charlie......you lie way too much, if someone was being trained to box by you then you better give them back the money and apologize. Your sparring session was ****ing phony as **** too, you didnt land clean, hell you didnt land at all unless you count hitting his gloves as a hit.

More sparring, get used to getting hit in the face, majority of boxers get broken noses, just dont post a vid of you crying cause you got hit in the face.

To be fair since he probably had his eyes closed when he threw half his punches, he might have thought he was landing flush.

I can't see why it matters whether he is black or not but oh well, also mate you can't deny that he went at a much slower pace than you... he left his guard down a lot.

You should of listened to what he had to say after wards (about swinging into your punches and telegraphing them too much), he was trying to be nice and help and you just ignored him when it was good input... you should of listened and taken it with you there is always room for improvement.

You should also put a few of your bag videos and sparring sessions on these forums and ask people KINDLY how they think you can improve... seek there advice and don't turn into an ******* whenever somebody finds a weak point or a negativity that you need to improve on, just listen to what people have to say.

I haven't sparred but I do boxing and I watch PLENTY of it so I will give you a little advice, don't telegraph your punches too much... remember a lot of the power comes from the body and legs and not so much the arms (obviously you put your arms into it a little bit though), keep your guard up consistently and never don't drop them, and also one more thing whenever you throw a hook, jab or cross make sure you snap the punch, don't telegraph it and make sure you bring your hand back towards your guard STRAIGHT after you throw or land a punch. Never forget the basics!

Plus one more thing, the **** talking gets you absolutely nowhere!
