      The guy is too fat.

He needs to work his ass off and get in physically good shape. Lose the flab and get a bit more muscle into your body.

Diaz biggest flaw is his lack of power. He was hitting Marquez with some good flush shots but was taking much harder shots in return. His power doesn't fit his style specially when fighting fighters with more power. He is still a very exiting young fighter who people will want to watch no matter what.

He couldnt bbeat JMM but guess what not many can! It was nip and tuck, FOTY and he is still young and very exciting, plenty of great fights can be made involving him, Valero, Pac, Hatton, JMM2, Juarez, Barrios ect ect

I think Juan Diaz WAS great. The thing that lost him the Campbell fight was his lack of side to side movement and his head movement (two things Diaz was KNOWN FOR). I still can't believe no one mentioned that after that Nate fight. Diaz was straight up with his guard up like Winky Wright while Nated Tee'd off. THAT'S NOT DIAZ, at all.

Now in this fight, I'd have to watch it again cause all I was watching was Marquez, but I'd be willing to bet that Diaz fell short due to Marquez' accuracy. I'm almost positive that the same way a body gets broken down, that both Diaz' body and his chin got broken down the same way.
