Joel Casamayor vs Juan Diaz

Both did pretty well against JMM, but JMM's adapting and accuracy saved the day in both fights. Could Casamayor adapt to not stop punching Diaz?

I think that Juan would get the job done against Casamayor. Joel has looked pretty faded for a while, and everyday he is only getting older.

good fight, i think this one will happen

a prime casamayor would have beaten diaz but now he is older, slower and his chin wont be as good after getting stopped by marquez, diaz is still young and will shrug off most of the wear and tear from the marquez fight IMO

competitive early, but diaz wears him down and pounds out a decision or late stoppage win

will be alot clearer after we see casamyors next fight in, is it april ?

casamayor is one of my all times favorite fighters ... so i would love to say he'd beat diaz if they were to fight. but my gut says diaz would win. he would eventually break casa down with his pressure and activity.

At prime4prime i go with casa without a doubt at this point in their careers i dont think he's got the legs to withstand all the pressure like jmm did tonight.

Even though i wouldnt count him out completely cause casa has an excellent straight counter left ... i'd wager he he hits as hard if not harder as jmm as well. but i'd have to favor the younger guy at this point hurts me to say it...
