        Hands down to Mayweather. Then tossup between Cotto and Marquez. Mayweather is the most accurate puncher i have ever seen.

                Floyd is overall more accurate, because he won't waste as many punches. He won't throw too many either unless he needs to. More factors play into it than that of coarse.
