Floyd isn't in this because he is retired but since I had JMM beating Pacman twice, it should be JMM at number 1 but nope, this isn't gonna change anything

Floyd isn't fighting anymore so I don't put him up there. As much as I would like to put JMM as number one he still officially lost once to Pac and has one draw. Even though I thought he won the second fight I still got Pac at #1.

Pacquiao is number one because he beat Marquez in their second fight by at least a point.
If you excluded their head to head fights, Marquez would be p4p #1.
