If he's not #1, he's a close 2nd...IMHO Marquez should be #1 because as of late he's faced better opposition. Pacquiao on the other hand has huge victories over morales and Barrera. Marquez and Pacquiao definitely are the 2 best fighter in the sports. They're skillful, tough and both come to fight.The rubber match should settle that issue once and for all
