We always have an appetizer-off for all the fights and a bunch of us compete for bragging rights till the next fight. I've taken one down so far I think I might go for a chili taco dip tonight.

It's funny you started this thread. I've been planning on eating at a Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood before the fight. Plenty of house margaritas for me tonight, although I got to be careful. I passed out and missed the undercard of the Darchinyan vs. Arce fight doing that ****! Luckily, my TV was loud and I woke the **** up for the main event. (Although considering how that fight went, I should have stayed passed out.)
