yeah really, the people who get into boxing usually start at an very young age, charlie obviously played fight night and thought itd be a good thing to try. Boxers get hit in the face *****, if you are gonna spar wear headgear to take some of the sting out of it. He got one good clean shot while you were doing the usual swing from left field and you immediately cover up and go to the ropes...looking to recreate the loss you had against hartley??

Shorten up the punches, no wild looping punches, get basics down first, once you get a guy hurt then you might be able to throw some of those, otherwise dont ****ing think about it, you are swinging with that chin WIDE open, when its ok to swing ****ing keep one hand up anyway, you swing right now and both hands are down.
