well if u go on ability and status based on record he deserves a lot.

If you see it on a business side, hes not worth more than 12 million, Floyd is not liked at all and if u matched him up with non-superstars (Forrest, Clottey, Berto) nobody would buy it except true boxing addicts like us.

Now u have Manny Pacman, hes well liked and real exciting he can sell a good amount of ppvs.
