Dawson has to fight his mandatory (Tavoris Cloud) if he beats Tarver first. People assume that Dawson is available to fight Hopkins, Kessler, etc this year, but the IBF is going to enforce Dawson to fight Tavoris Cloud if he beats Tarver.
