Put it this way...
There isn't a fight out there for Floyd to make $20 mill, that's just reality. He's pricing himself high because he knows the demand is still there for him. But if he's serious about "really" fighting, he'll bring down his price. The thought of paying one guy $20 mill in the state of this country's economy is sickening IMO.
Also, people tend to forget that Floyd's 2 biggest purses came courtesy of Golden Boy Promotions. No other promotion is going to fork over $20 mill for Floyd and to be honest, he's not worth $20 mill because he wasn't the sole reason for the crowds and PPV numbers with both Oscar and Hatton fights. The highest profile fights he can get right now are with Pacquiao and possibly Mosley, and both those fights don't make $20 mill IMO.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Floyd is pricing himself too high after having just 2 high profile fights. He's either bluffing or literally out of his mind. I doubt any promoter budges until he drops his price.
