Herbie Hide showed [for only one round admittedly] the problems Klitschko can have with a boxer who throws quick punches and moves. Unfortunately for Hide, he has no chin whatsoever. Gomez, the freak loss aside, has shown he has at least a reasonable/decent chin, and a punch output - over 900 punches in 10 rounds against Sam - to outwork Klitschko. He's apparently training very hard right now, so I'm guessing he should be in the sort of shape that will allow him to throw the amount of punches he'll need to throw to win. Another key to sucess is lateral movement, something Peter didn't seem to know much about.
