Vic Darchinyan Eyes Moreno or Agbeko at Bantamweight

Elias Nassar, manager of undisputed super flyweight champion Vic Darchinyan, says negotiations are now underway for Darchinyan to move up to bantamweight and fight Panama's WBA champion Anselmo Moreno (24-1-1 8KOs) or IBF champ Joseph Agbeko (26-1, 22KOs). Nassar was waiting for ten stitches to come out Darchinyan's right eyebrow, suffered during the stoppage of Jorge Arce from a few weeks ago. [details]

Then why does Montiel win up fighting no namers and Vic is fighting guys like Mijares and Arce? Montiel fought a guy that Donaire just knocked out and the Rosas then Silva coming up. Yes the Castillo fight was very impressive, but what since then.

Thats because everybody is ducking him, its not his fault he is going to end up some argentine fighter with no name at all,he was scheduled to fight eric morel at least real fans know who he is, but his called just about everybody out even his good pal arce before he got thrashed by vic same with mijares he called him out before vic got rid of him he has called out nonito donaire and nonito has been pretty quiet about it just like vic darchinyan he will never duck anybody in the sport at least not know... But face it darchinyan has always gone around montiel he has said he would like to fight him but he has never been serious about it montiel has been chasing him for a while now and when vic stops being a ***** and steps up into the ring against montiel im pretty sure it will be a helluva fight but i dont see darchinyan beatin montiel, i would even go as far to say that montiel can knock vic out cold! A la nonito.... If it goes the distance vic will have his moments but will still lose by ud the only way vic wins is by knock out...
