I guess Ottke was the best too.
I hate this, "he aint good because he never fought in the US. Look at Cazalghe, the best SMW, in history for example. I m know his resume is not the best, but when hewas in his prime, he was ducked by RJJ(Roy admitted tis himself)the biggest star at 168 at that moment. So he went on, fought the best fghters he could, then he came to America beated RJJ (I dont care if he was shot, Zaghe is 36) and then beated, the best LHW and the P4P number 3 fighter, and he gets **** on, because he didnt fought a green unproven prospect.

John is pretty good, you cant deny that. You dont have to fight in the US to show your skills, matter of facts, europe is bringing a lot of money too. From SMW all to HW al the money is in europe. So the US fighters needs to go there now, to prove them selfs., now.

Roy was at 175 and on his second WBC reign by the time Calzaghe even won a title at 68.

whether you like it or not, America WAS and STILL is the mecca of boxing. America is to boxers what Los Angeles is to screen writers, if you want to make it big in boxing and make a name for yourself, you go to America.

Granted, the tide is slowly shifting, but its still fact. I'm not saying a foreigner needs to fight Americans, I'm saying the best foreigners come to America to fight the best because thats where the most money is. Doesnt matter if its foreigners vs foreigners.

For someone to only have 4 fights outside of his country, FOUR FIGHTS, shows that risk DEFINITELY is not part of the game plan.
