Personally I'd take Naseem Richardson over all these clown with big names.

If you want a good game plan from a trainer who studies your opponent, he is the guy.

I'd say it is all relative to the fighter and what they need to work on. Roger Mayweather is great especially for defense. Roach is great for offense and boxing, Mayweather Sr. is have great all around. Bouie Fisher was great for Hopkins. Richardson is a damn good trainer. Steward has fell off a bit. But I think every fighter needs a certain type of personality to help them specifically.

different coaches work well with different fighters, i dont think a guy like Naazim Richardson could have transformed Pacquiao from the crde slugger into this boxer puncher like roach did, nor do i see Roach giving Bernard a good strategy becase chances are Bernard won't listen to him because he doesn' respect Roach like he respects someone like sa Naazim Richardson.

that being said a good trainer can adjust to his boxers style and improve it, in my opinion the top trainers are:

          Roach
          Floyd sr
          Ronnie Shields
          Tommy Brooks
          Nacho Beristein
          Naazim Richardson

Naseem Richardson deserves to be considered the man right now. I've always liked Joe Goossen too.
