How about working not only on punch power, but movement. Instead of leaning in after a punch and leaving yourself open, shift to the side and get that guard back up.

Hitting the bag that hard on such a regular basis.. Charlie might need to becareful not to end up with fragile hands. Looks like some major hurtin bombs.. don't wanna hurt yourself.

How many times does a dude have to get caught smoking pot before everyone realizes he likes hangin' out in the clink and doesn't wanna see his kids? I'd categorize it as a duck.. When the Po shows up stop puffing, I'm sure Pimp can figure it out.
