I think Pacquiao has the fastest hands in the sport while keeping his power, Gamboa's hands are fast but sometimes those shots turn into pitty pat amateur punches but in terms of raw speed, Gamboa could very well be the quickest.
Yeah dude, ask Estrada about that... Or Seeger... Or Ramirez, who went down from two flurries. Or anyone that faced him if that really matters... lol
