i think hes the real deal. people doubt him because he hasnt fought the greatest opposition out there, but he didnt really have much choice due to licensing issues.

I can't say cuz all I seen is quick KO's on Youtube. I don't expect any technical brilliance from the guy at the top level cuz he's a puncher. But that's just fine as long as he can take it as good as he gives it. Let em face off against an elite fighter and show how good his power and chin is, then we'll see.

I personally think he is a Ponce De Leon waiting for a Lopez to kick his ass or a Caballero to outbox the **** out of him.....

The truth is, I could see ALOT of people beating Valero, be it Soto, Baby Bull, Guzman, Funeka, Casamayor, Kat and the list goes on.

He has crazy power, but his defense isn't good and he is to open for counters. Lets see if he can fix that
You are biggest moron ever but i agree with you.
I dont think he could win JMM but we will see.

VALERO beat BOJADO as amateur thats good win.
He wooped Morales and Hoya in sparring but MORALES was cutting weight so that dont mean nothing.

He has speed, and power, but I still want to see how he does when he steps up in competition, such as Pitula.

doug fischer really positively thinks he is the real deal... maybe he is... but until he beats a solid contender like guzman, katsidis or maybe soto he remains a curiosity in my book....

as of now, no, if he moves to 135 and proves he can beat casamayor and juan diaz then of course.
