In terms of single shot power, Winky is very weak.
The P4P weakest puncher is...

Winky has fought B-A+ class opposition for the better part of his career. You can expect your KO % to go down when you fight better level of competition. Take that fact and combine it with his fighting style and you can explin his lack of KO's. Calderon is what like 90 lbs? I don't expect to see KO's in that weight class. i expect to see lots of punches flying round the ring for 10-12 rounds. Paulie is a feather fisted puncher but that in part is due to his brittle hands. He has a few KO's and most of them came early on his career. I would say this puts him in prospective. He is NOT a big puncher. I go with Silencers a HW who has had over 40 fights and not even 1 KO? That is pretty bad my man...LeftyCalderon or Paulie take the cake here. I don't get that Winky 'throwin hard as he can' ****. He never looks like he's tryin for a KO imo. I ain't sayin he is a power puncher cuz he ain't, but I can't recall ever watchin him throw wit bad intentions. And he had SSM, Felix, and Taylor hurt in spots, although it was from accumulation.Comment

Pavlik will always be up for debate. He is not a KO or Hard Puncher, but more of a heavy puncher. If he could generate more speed with his shots, it would be really scary.
As he is right now, his punches have real weight behind them and moves his opponents, but the lack of speed, prevents the one punch thing for the most part.Comment

I would vote for Zuri Lawrence.
A heavyweight with over 40 fights and not a single ko is embarassing.
I personally think Wright's power is underated, He hasn't had many stoppage wins because his level of opposition has usually been pretty high throughout his career which would obviously result in less KO's.
He hurt Taylor a few times in their fight who is a big middleweight.Comment

I would say Paulie. I can't recall him ever stunning anybody. Winky can at least do some damage. He busted up Taylor's eye pretty bad, even had him on the ropes stunned.Comment
